To carry on the legacy of Janet Mentgen by spreading the light of Healing Touch in Japan.

Our vision is to build communities of individuals who will work in collaboration to support the continued growth of Healing Touch within themselves, their families, and their communities.

About Healing Touch Japan

Healing Touch Japan was founded by the Hashiba Institute in August, 2010, after the first Healing Touch Program Level 1 Class was taught entirely in Japanese to 12 nurses at Gunma University.  Since then, Healing Touch Japan has worked to support the long-term development and expansion of Healing Touch Program in Japan while helping to promote international exchange and a deeper understanding of this work. 

Through Healing Touch Japan, we hope to provide students the opportunity to learn Healing Touch in their native language and to support a growing and sustainable Healing Touch community.
